1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Sensus provides professional cleaning and technical services including but not limited to:

Air conditioning cleaning and maintenance
Upholstery, carpet, and mattress cleaning
Property and window cleaning
Electrical, plumbing, and painting services
Security systems and renovations

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual site assessment and scope of work.

3.2 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified.

3.3 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the services required
Ensure safe access to the property and work areas
Secure or remove valuable and fragile items from work areas
Inform us of any hazards or special conditions
Provide access to necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.)
Be present or authorize someone to be present during service

5. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

Provide services in a professional and timely manner
Use appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products where possible
Employ trained and certified professionals
Maintain adequate insurance coverage
Respect your property and privacy

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and, if valid, arrange to re-service the area at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held responsible for:

Pre-existing damage not reported to us prior to service
Damage to improperly installed or maintained fixtures
Loss or damage to items not secured as requested
Color bleeding or shrinkage of fabrics not tested for colorfastness

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, claims must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sensus or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
